What the race leavesto you

Organisers do not fuel, wash, or wrench your motorcycle. Parts and pit food are not in the entry either. The service package is how we take that work for race week.

In-city time trial that sets your start order. We are in the paddock with the bike ready.

Four offroad days

You ride. We meet you with fuel, food, tools, and parts, then wash and service the bike overnight.

We take off extra parts you bought separately, then close out the rental.

FAQ

Race weekquestions

Prices, what is included, and what you still handle yourself.

  • Each motorcycle has its own week price on the cards. Right now that runs from EUR 2,590 to EUR 2,990. Hours still tell you how used the bike is. Adventure prices are on those cards too.

  • New front and rear Plews tyres, front and rear mousse or tubeless, an aluminium engine skid plate over the exhaust, original KTM aluminium handguards, clutch cover protection, a cooling fan, radiator protection, and front and rear lifting straps. Adventure bikes use the same Plews tyres, with crash bars instead of mousses and radiator guards. Extra parts can go on before the race and come off after. Bring them or buy them from Profi Moto Shop.

  • Five days of pit work on one motorcycle: the prolog and four offroad days. Bike servicing before the race, fuel during the race, service consumables, a daily wash, tyre changes, food and drinks at the service point, and two days after the finish we strip off every extra part you bought separately.

  • Yes. The service package is priced per motorcycle and works the same whether the bike is ours or yours. Tell us the model when you send the request so we know which parts to stock.

  • The bike arrives on new tyres and mousses. Changes during race week are included as labour, but the tyres and mousses themselves are bought separately. You can buy them from our shop or bring your own.

  • Crash damage and broken parts are on the rider. We fix the bike overnight so you can start the next day, and the parts come from our own shop in Sibiu at dealer prices instead of an emergency courier.

  • Yes. Your entry is personal and goes through the official site. Entries for 2027 open on October 1, 2026 at 12:00, with either a full payment or 50% and the rest before June 1, 2027. You also need the FRM race card, EUR 140, paid directly to the Romanian Motorcycling Federation and announced by July 1.

  • Yes. We are on the official rental and race service supplier list published by the organisers, under Profi Moto. Once your entry is accepted you can add us as your service supplier inside your competitor account.

  • Yes, new and used. New: CFMOTO MT 450, KTM 790 Adventure, and KTM 890 Adventure R. Used: CFMOTO MT 450 and KTM 790 Adventure. Crash bars and adventure protection on all of them. Prices are on the bike cards.

  • Yes. All prices on this website include VAT. Your race entry and the FRM race card are separate and are not paid to us.

  • Send the request form on this page with your class and what you need. We reply with a written quote, and the bike is held once you confirm it. The fleet for one edition is small, so early requests get the pick of it.

  • Yes. We run guided days on Carpathian terrain around Sibiu, and you can do them on the bike you will race. Ask for it in your request and we build it into the quote.
