We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Romanian Law no. 190/2018, and Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications. We keep data only for the purposes below, with measures meant to limit access to people who need it for the job.

2. What we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact: full name, email, phone, country, city;
  • ID or passport number, when we need it for invoices and hotel check-in on a booked tour;
  • Booking details: tour or rental dates, rider count, extras you pick, motorcycle you bring or rent, licence category where we ask for it, messages you write to us;
  • Payment and billing data needed to issue invoices (we do not store full card numbers on this website);
  • Technical data needed to run the site securely (for example a bot-check token). Analytics is described in the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask you to send copies of identity documents through this website. Write the ID or passport number as it appears on the document.

4. Who we share data with

Data is used by S.C. Profi Moto Shop S.R.L. We disclose it only as needed to meet legal, tax, or contractual duties. We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to third parties so they can send you their own ads.

Recipients who may see data, under their own contracts with us or with you, include:

  • Hosting, database, and email providers that run this website and transactional mail;
  • Cloudflare, for the bot check on public forms;
  • Google, for measurement described in the Cookie Policy (Google acts as an independent controller for those signals);
  • Banks or card processors when you pay by transfer or card (card data is entered on the processor’s page, not stored by us);
  • Hotels or other accommodation used on your tour, for check-in and guest registration;
  • Public authorities when the law requires it.

Some providers may store data in the EEA or outside it. Where a transfer leaves the EEA, we rely on the safeguards those providers use (for example EU standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep data

On this website we keep request and rider records while they are needed for the booking, then we redact personal fields on this schedule:

  • Requests still marked new and not taken forward: after 90 days;
  • Confirmed, cancelled, or completed bookings and the rider details attached to them: after 24 months;
  • One-time login codes for rider details: after 24 hours;
  • Marketing sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, or you ask us to delete the address;
  • Invoices and accounting records: for as long as Romanian tax and accounting rules require, even if we later redact the website form.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may, within the limits of the law:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Ask us to rectify or update data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • Ask us to erase data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, or in the other cases Art. 17 allows (including the right to be forgotten online where that article applies);
  • Ask us to restrict processing in the cases Art. 18 allows;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, for processing that was based on consent;

  • Lodge a complaint with us, with a court, or with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), anspdcp.ro.

We will also tell you if a personal-data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, as Art. 34 requires.
